Oppo's upcoming smartphone, the Oppo R11 smartphone has been listed on a popular mobile benchmarking tool AnTuTu revealing some key specifications of the smartphones. The image renders of the new device from the Chinese firm was also put up on the internet partially revealing the design of the smartphone. Reports indicate that the new smartphone from Oppo is expected to be unveiled sometime in June this year.
The Oppo R11 smartphone will be coming out with two cameras on the back as reported by Android Headlines. Previous leaks have indeed pointed out to two cameras which are now confirmed by the developer itself. While the company did not reveal any information about its release date, some hardware specifications can be noted from the AnTuTu benchmark result. Oppo seems to have opted for a major marketing strategy by putting up billboards in China showcasing their upcoming device.
Reports from BGR indicates that the new Oppo R11 smartphone will be running the current generation of Android, Nougat OS v7.1.1 out of the box. Other details like the onboard processor and graphics were also reported. The newly released Snapdragon 660 processor from Qualcomm will make its way into the smartphone along with Adreno 512 graphics. Memory specifications of the smartphone include 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.
The Oppo R11 smartphone will have a resolution of 1080p while details also suggest its bigger brother, the R11 Plus is also on the drawing board potentially lined up for a separate launch that features a 6-inch display. As noted from the report, Oppo's new releases are primarily aimed at competing with their primary rivals Xiaomi who also plans to come out with their own flagship device very soon. The screen size of the R11 smartphone is unknown, probably sporting a 5-inch or even a 5.5-inch display especially since it's just a 1080p device.
