Yulia Minina from Russia left the internet shocked after she posted images and videos of her Maine Coon pet, Kefir earlier this year, with people online mistaking it for a dog.

As specified in a Daily Star report, Minia shared a new video of her two-year-old daughter together with her cat, and people got amazed by the unusual size of the "white moggy" as he stood as tall as her little girl.

Called the "world's biggest cat," this formidable feline has grown a lot that it can stand as tall as her daughter.

Despite being known for their huge size, with a thickness, double coat of long hair, Moon Coons are known for their being "affectionate gentle giants" that are people-oriented.

A 'Sweet Couple'

In a recent post on her Instagram account, the cat lover showed how her so-called "gentle giant" is getting along with her child.

Captioning the IG post with "Sweet couple - Kefir and Anechka," the mother said the two never get bored. In the social media post, her little girl is seen cutting snacks for the feline in the kitchen.

The hungry giant cat, New York Post reported, is seen standing alongside Anechka, patiently waiting for her "small master" to feed him the food.

The inseparable duo loves to spend their time together in the house. When the girl is watching cartoons on the sofa, the cat stays close to her and lies on top of the coach.

The All About Cats website describes this breed as having "bold features, a thick, luxurious coat, not to mention an incredibly friendly personality. These certainly set the Maine Coon cat apart from the other breeds.

These cats love to play, yet they are enjoying to take time out for a most-deserved nap when they are not in good mood.

Frequently, they would snuggle up next to their master, which can be very helpful during cold evenings.  The purr of the Maine Coon is warmly expressive.

More so, it is frequently loud and rough to be heard a couple of feet away. These cats' vocalizations are astonishingly quiet for such large cats, although their vocabularies can be expansive, with a range of chirps and meows that help humans understand exactly what they are trying to say.

One of the biggest cat breeds is existing today, not to mention, one of the most famous breeds globally, the Maine Coon has a heart that matches its stature.

Lastly, these cats are inclined to love people and get along well with other house pets. They are bet for families as they are inclined to have an appreciation for children
