It has been confirmed that Batman: Arkham Knight will be available digitally only in the United Kingdom. There will be no hard copy available of the game. This news has been confirmed by the Warner Bros.
Retailer ShopTo has said that the supplier has reported the game will not be physically released. But it was not certain whether the digital release was schedule only for the UK market or the Global market. The Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment later confirmed in a statement to MCV that the Batman: Arkham Knight will be available as both a physical and digital format for PS4, Xbox One and PC. But in the UK, the game will only be available digitally.

This new came recently after it was declared that the game release will be delayed from June 2, 2015 to June 23, 2015. But this is not the first time the release has been delayed. Previously Batman: Arkham Knight was scheduled to release on October 14, 2014. Then it was delayed by eight months to June 2, 2015.
In an official statement by the company, "We're a developer that hates to make any compromises, so we are sorry to say this means it's going to be just a little bit longer until you can play the epic conclusion to the Arkham trilogy."
Batman: Arkham Knight is the final chapter of Rocksteady's superhero saga. In this game the Dark Knight will have to battle with Scarecrow, Penguin and Two-Face. There is also a new villain introduced known as the Arkham Knight.
