MyKronoz Zetime reveals a successful combination of touchscreen and analog. This smartwatch is considered as the world's first hybrid smartwatch.
MyKronoz is a Swiss company of smartwatches in the world. Pocket-Lint has reported that aside from smartphones, MyKronoz Zetime smartwatch will also be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2017. What's new with the smartphone is its design of a TFT display combined with mechanical hands.
The extraordinary design of this MyKronoz Zetime smartwatch earned much curiosity. This time, MyKronoz has taken a unique approach by combining both the traditional mechanical watch hands with a full color and touch screen display.
According to Wareable, this is just an experiment for MyKronoz for it might be what the fans are looking for or might be not. However, for old fashioned but techie persons who are fond of smartwatches, this Zetime is a great choice.
Meanwhile, the design of the MyKronoz Zetime features a 44mm stainless steel watch case. The good thing with the case is that it is customizable along with interchangeable faces. On the contrary, instead of using the same high-tech set of a band, MyKronoz preferred old fashioned straps. The choices for straps can either be of silicon, carbon fiber or a genuine leather.
Moreover, the Zetime smartwatch features a three-axis accelerometer along with a heart sensor to measure every activity. Also, it is waterproof for up to 30 meters underwater, and its interchangeable battery can provide enough power to the smartwatch for a long period of 30 days.
However, MyKronoz Zetime smartwatch doesn't run on Android Wear. The smartwatch uses its own operating system which is highly compatible with both iOS or Android devices.
With such innovations like this MyKronoz Zetime smartwatch, this will give the idea to people that technology and tradition still emerge. MyKornoz CEO and founder Boris Brault said, "Zetime is the perfect hybrid smartwatch. It combines the best of elegant tradition and full-color touchscreen."
