OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will once again have the latest OxygenOS Beta update. Two weeks ago, both devices received the OxygenOS 4.1.5 update and now another update is coming. Reports are saying that the latest Open Beta update will once again offer bug fixes and mainly update the OnePlus Community App.
OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T are the flagship devices for the OnePlus company and two of the most exciting smartphone that was released last year. Both handsets are packed with remarkable specifications but the best thing about both devices is their affordable price. Since their released, both devices have made several software updates and obviously to fix errors that were not detected during the initial device test in production.
Now, another update will be arriving both on OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T but this time around, aside from bug fixes, both will also have an upgrade on one of its applications. According to Android Central, OnePlus is currently rolling out the latest OxygenOS Open Beta update for devices. OnePlus 3 will have the Open Beta 18 while OnePlus 3T will receive the Open Beta 9.
Both Open Beta update for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will fix bugs that include occasional duplicate notifications, duplicate stitches on expanded screenshot, the app locker issue, and the inaccurate battery percentage. Aside from that, it will also address the display issue with the OnePlus Font, display issue on the weather app, the issue with the opening of the camera, issue when sending files with third party apps via hotspot and the inaccurate network speed displayed when activating hotspot.
But aside from bug fixes, both Open Beta update for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will also focus on improving the OnePlus Community app according to Gadgets360. The Community app will be upgraded to version 1.9 and all the updates will be available over-the-air (OTA). Overall, all updates will have a file size of 76MB and users can go to OnePlus' website for full ROM and instructions.
Furthermore, in addition to the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T Open Beta updates, the OnePlus company is also set to launch the newest member of the OnePlus smartphone device, the OnePlus 5, this week. Once again, the company packed the latest OnePlus handset with superb specs such as the Snapdragon 835 chipset, 5.5-inch AMOLED Full HD display and the dual camera setup.
