The 'Jesus Bird'

Apparently, the bird is not what you thought it to be at first glance. It's actually a father bird protecting his chicks by hiding them under his wings

The creepy bird is called African Jacana, a tropical commonly found in wetlands in sub-Saharan Africa. It is also known as ' Jesus Bird" which has the peculiar ability to walk on water.

Male African Jacanas serve as chick protectors while their female counterparts are territory protectors given their bigger size. Read more here.
