SpaceX reveals the flight plan for the Mars rocket program. Starship's next orbital flight test will launch from Texas and will descend near the Hawaiian islands.
After the successful launch and landing of SN15, Elon Musk's company will proceed to the first test flight of the Mars rocket, which is anticipated by both backyard astronomers and experts. The Starship prototype testing is backed up with Federal Communications Commission (FCC), The Verge reports.
According to the FCC document entitled "Starship Orbital - First Flight FCC Exhibit," Super Heavy booster will be equipped to the Starship craft. The booster stage will help the ship ascend to the sky and will start the course from SpaceX's Texas facility, Boca Chica.
After an estimate of 3 minutes from liftoff, the booster will separate mid-air from the craft. The detached chunk will then be directed to 20 miles away from shore in the Gulf of Mexico.
The rocket ship will ascend further to the sky of the Straits of Florida. After that, it will fly a bit further out in the space and then make a re-entry. The objective of the Starship test flight is to perfect the calculated descend 62 miles off one of Hawaii's island Kauai. The rocket is expected to land on the northwest coast of the island. All in all, the test flight will be completed in about 90 minutes of operation.
First Starship Test Flight Vital For Future Space Mission
Many people are waiting for the test flight to happen. However, some experts are still nervous about what SpaceX is about to perform. This is because some of the company's previous test flights have gone wrong and simply exploded.
With a modified super-heavy rocket equipped to the Starship, experts and hobbyists are looking forward to the success of this major event. Once the test project shows a positive result, it will serve as a stepping stone to future Starship research and tests, Yahoo News reports.

Lunar Landing and Mars Mission Using Starship
Starship's latest test flight will determine if we will have a glimpse of Elon Musk's vision come to life. If successful, every step to achieve humans traveling to other celestial bodies in our solar system will be much faster.
The results will also affect the relationship of NASA and SpaceX, considering their joint lunar landing mission 'Project Artemis', which will take place by 2024. It will be the first every return of our species to the moon since 1972.
Another great effect of the upcoming flight test is that it will also heighten the possibility of carrying humans from Earth to Mars. Thus, Elon Musk's ambition to live on Mars will soon be attained, as Starship will serve as a bridge between the Blue and Red Planet.
Moreover, the transportation of cargo and humans for trials and studies will be much easier. Starlink's accomplishment will make research opportunities on Mars and on our galaxy more accessible in human history.
