Jason Momoa will be seen as Aquaman in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice

The details concerning Zack Snyder's upcoming sequel "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice"have been hidden from the public eyes for quite a long time. This has left fans on the lookout for the slightest clue that will reveal the content of the film. The anticipation and salivation of couldn't be hidden from the fans eyes when the director of the film gave them a glimpse of the king of the ocean, Aquaman on Friday, for the first time. There's no doubt that the hero's role in the movie has now been leaked.

In his tweet, Synder showed off the image of aquaman with the caption "Uniting the Seven" which has left many speculating the actual role of the beloved comic book character in the DC Comics Cinematic Universe.

Despite being a pretty sneak peak in the film, the "Seven" in the photo has left more questions than answers. Some believe that it is in reference to the obvious fact that there exist seven seas under Aquaman's rule. Well, this could be a logical speculation given the characters obvious ties to the ocean but maybe it's bigger that. Could it be more that we expect?  Many DC comics' fans view the number seven in relation to Aquaman as there is no such a thing as "the seven seas."  It could probably be referring to the number of members in the Justice League and that the hero will be responsible for uniting the other group heroes!

It has now been revealed to us that we expect to see the former "Game of Thrones" star Jason Momoa's Aquaman make his big screen debut in the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. What we still don't know is how big his role will be in the movie. For now, all we are left to do is keep guessing until we get the answers when the film hits the screens on March 25th.
