The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is already established as the all-around work tablet that has the appearance of tablet but is built to handle the most complex and exhaustive tasks, much like a fully operational laptop. The Surface Pro 3 comes with a nice operational keyboard and a wonderful 12 inch display. With many attractive specs, the Surface Pro 3 is currently the bestselling tablet and it also managed to grab the "best mobile tablet " award at the Mobile World Congress (2015) tech expo.

Microsoft has reportedly started a new trade-in program that would allow the previous generation's users to get a cheap Surface Pro 3. The offer does not come with limitations; every Surface that has ever been made can be traded for a cheap Surface Pro 3 update. The Surface Pro 3 is also purported to be the touchstone for Microsoft's first flagship Lumia phone. The stylus and hand writing capability of the Surface Pro 3 are the areas that are to be focused upon to help catapult the smart-phone in the tough competition arena.

With the news of massive reductions in the price of the Surface Pro 3 in last days of February, rumor mills are churning to predict the arrival of the Surface Pro 4, which will be a 14 inch device. Besides it is also speculated that it will be running on the much anticipated Windows 10 OS (which will be the first common platform across all of Microsoft's devices such as smart phones, tablets and desktop PCs). Although the Surface Pro 4 has not been announced yet,it is seen as the tough rival of Apple Mac Airbook 2015, which is set to be launched on March 9.
