According to the Daily Mail, a recent study from the University of Montreal and Sainte-Justine University Hospital Research Centre reveals that having more sex helps the humans eliminate genetic mutations. This is beneficial because currently we are in a better state to avoid diseases.

We all know that genetic mutation is a process that goes on through generations and centuries. We, as humans, combine our genetic material to reproduce an offspring that is much more resilient to diseases. This means that the more babies you have, the less chance there will be of genetic mutations.

This means that after centuries of procreation, we have now reached a state where humans have become increasingly resilient to diseases. This also means that we are stronger than ever before.

With that being said, you will not be seeing any immediate benefits of having more babies. That difference will only be seen in your future generations.

But, lets not forget what we had learned in that good old awkward lecture in the 8th grade about having safe sex. Safe sex will help you protect yourself from different diseases and also unplanned parenthood. So be smart folks, don't go on a procreation spree.
