Disney released the movie at the correct timing. For more than a month or two, no family movie had been released and stroked the theaters. Adding to this, many US school towns had just given the spring vacations that further supplement the correct timings. The reviews and feedbacks for Cinderella were also very good and strong.

In spite of the fact that the movie was not in 3D that usually charges high, it had an amazing performance that made it to top most of the theaters.
