While staying young is already difficult, being able to reverse one's age takes the struggle to another level. As such, Bryan Johnson, a billionaire biohacker, continues to show updates on his journey and how he has successfully de-aged himself.

Biohacker Bryan Johnson

Bryan Johnson is a millionaire biohacker who has spent $6 million so far to de-age himself. This expense was over the course of three years when he decided to start his journey in 2020.

So far, Bryan Johnson has spent a chunk of his money on cutting-edge breakthroughs in the fields of medical and nutrition that work not just for his face, but for his holistic health. In 2020, the tech mogul decided to dedicate himself to the pursuit of optimizing his health while de-aging himself.

The 45-year-old's journey started with Braintree, an online payment platform, which had gained about $5 million in revenue over the course of just three years. In 2012, Braintree then bought Venmo for $26 million, which was then sold to PayPal for about a billion.

Ever since then, Bryan Johnson's focus has been on improving the quality as well as access to high-tech brain scans, making him additional revenue, which he then poured further into health. The brain scans were meant to early discover oncoming diseases.

Aside from his investments in health, Bryan Johnson set out on a different journey to develop the "Blueprint," which he describes as a regimen aimed at outlining the best way for people to optimize their health.

Expense on Health

So far, Bryan Johnson spends $2 million yearly and has made global headlines for his different approaches to testing out the best optimal practices in terms of health. As such, these include getting his son's plasma directly injected into his veins, while also having his plasma injected into the veins of his father.

The biohacker has been consistently posting new videos on his YouTube channel sharing his best practices while giving people a glimpse into his project. Johnson has been closely synonymous with the biohacking movement, which aims to use biology and technology to improve one's health.

One of the most common forms of biohacking is wearing a smart watch to continuously monitor a person's vital signs. Other biohacking practices include using nootropics or other drugs or regularly applying red light therapy or other forms of technology.

However, biohacking doesn't always have to specifically require technology as it also includes experimenting with meditation and mindfulness. This endeavor was expensive and most of his funding was headed toward maintaining multiple doctors for testing, most of which worked for him exclusively.

So far, Bryan Johnson has successfully reminded his biological clock to the age of 36, although his birth certificate says he's 45. The biohacker's ultimate goal is to achieve organ health close to someone who's just 18 years old.

Recent content from Bryan Johnson includes videos of his diet, workout, equipment, best practices, and other news related to his endeavor.
