Dave Pascoe Beats Bryan Johnson in Longevity and Biohacking After Only Spending $30K a Year to Have the Built of a 38-Year-Old at 61

Dave Pascoe is seemingly on the same journey as Bryan Johnson regarding reverse aging. Pascoe is already in his 60s but has a health comparable to someone in their late 30s.

Is Dave Pascoe the New Longevity King?

Pascoe, 61, is seemingly competing with Bryan Johnson for longevity and biohacking. He reportedly has the body of a 38-year-old. After waking up, he consumes a green banana and sits on an electromagnetic blanket for eight minutes, ostensibly stimulating blood flow.

He then stretches for a little while before hopping on his little trampoline. He scrapes his tongue, drinks homemade lemon tea and takes 82 morning pills.

His website claims that his anti-aging regimen includes an all-natural diet, more than 120 supplements, including "hormone balancing" Nutrafol and zinc, regular exercise, infrared saunas, and electromagnetic technology to increase blood flow.

These are only some of the essential components of his wellness regimen, which he claims has allowed him to maintain a biological age that is decades younger than his actual age.

He is the most recent example of the rapidly spreading practice known as "bio-hacking," in which elderly people try to theoretically make their body's cells appear younger than their actual age.

Pascoe claims that his regimen, which costs only $30,000 annually, is more cost-effective than Johnson's. Retired systems engineer Pascoe says he started changing his lifestyle to prevent disease and frailty rather than trying to elude death or delay aging. He finally decided to devote himself entirely to a way of living that would enable him to "feel better in the long run."

To track his biological age, Pascoe performs annual bone density exams, quarterly genetic testing, and monthly blood tests. He also does mineral examinations for his hair tissue.

Bryan Johnson is one of the popular people in biohacking. The 46-year-old California-based entrepreneur claimed to have the heart of a 37-year-old and the skin of a 28-year-old. However, he spends $2 million annually to maintain his youthful appearance.

Bryan Johnson Is Transitioning?

Johnson, a tech guru who yearns to maintain his youthful appearance, recently took to X, formerly Twitter and shared a series of photos of himself from 2018 to 2024, featuring the changes in his appearance over the years to highlight that he was "transitioning." In the most recent photo, his face looks slimmer, his jaw is more prominent and his hair darker.

He asked his followers to select a shot they considered was his peak moment from the three photos dated 2018, 2023, and 2024. The poll had gathered close to 44,000 votes, with most respondents liking his appearance from 2018. Thirty-nine percent of voters preferred his current image, but over 51 percent voted for 2018.

Many favored his appearance from six years ago and Johnson was seemingly not happy with the outcome. He used the same images in a different post, but this time, he included an empty space to speculate on his potential appearance in 2049.

Johnson announced in July 2023 that he decided to discontinue the pricey therapy since it was impractical. After exchanging one liter of youthful plasma with his son for a month, they used imaging, gadgets, and biofluids to evaluate his biomarkers. However, they observed "no benefits."
