Mali’s Under State Of Emergency After Hotel Attack

The acts of terrorism haven't stopped in Paris. Mali's President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita declared a state of emergency over the country after an attack in a luxury hotel that had killed 20 people. The Islamic State apparently took the responsibility of the attack as part of their announced terror in the video that they've shown to the world after the Paris incident.

Two armed men have entered the Radison Blu luxury hotel shouts "Allahu Akbar" and goes in rampage shooting towards the civilians in the room that consists of politicians, businessman and an American from all over the world. This vicious attack has shocked the African country, especially that it has waged an all-out support towards ending the activities of the extremist groups present in their premises. The country's top Malian forces continuously hunt more than three jihadist suspects responsible for the attack.

After the deadliest shooting incident in the capital's hotel, Malian's President has declared a 10-day state of emergency and another three days of national mourning for the souls that have been lost in the incident.

The armed terrorist has held hostages more than 180 persons in the hotel. Fortunately, the combination of Malian, French and U.S. Special Forces has freed the individuals after seven hours of siege operation. The attack was claimed by the extremist organization formed by Algerian militant Moktar Belmoktar that was carried out by the al -Qaida's Sahara Emirate, and ISIS also has claimed to be a part of the incident.

Major Modibo Nama Traore told the media that they have started their search for the responsible criminals and even divulge the fact that they are looking for more than three individuals. Moreover, the government of the United States has condemned the terrorist attack in Mali especially that the country is a special regional partner. The U.S. government has promised a continued support towards Mali in the course of the search operation of the responsible criminals.
