BlackBerry Declared Its Partnership With India's Optiemus

BlackBerry's new business strategy is no longer a secret in the business. As what most tech fans may have seen, the company behind the iconic QWERTY mobile phones is presently busy making deals with distinctive organizations around the globe to ensure that the BlackBerry brand and the company's software services keep on being sold all around.

It's significant that BlackBerry has as of now said bye to the mobile making industry, however, the BlackBerry brand is still legitimately permitted to be sold around the world. With that, the company ties up with various companies, such as TCL, PT BB Merah Putih, and the latest, Optiemus, to guarantee great business for BlackBerry. According to Android Authority, BlackBerry has declared its partnership with Optiemus.

This implies the Indian company will now have the capacity to produce and offer Android BB mobile phones in the said country. On top of Optiemus' immediate market that is India, the company will also be offering its BlackBerry mobile phones to other countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. The distinction with respect to the monetary or financial part of the agreement amongst BlackBerry and Optiemus was not revealed and there is still no word on the matter of when the first batch of Optiemus BlackBerry mobile phones will be released.

However, fans can expect more information in the coming months. According to Tech Radar, this partnership started a couple of months back when Optiemus helped Blackberry in delivering the DTEK50 and DTEK60 mobile phones. Optiemus now has the licensing rights to market BlackBerry smartphones in India and in the previously mentioned nations.

TCL, then again, is the company that has the privilege to sell BlackBerry gadgets to alternate markets with one exemption that is Indonesia where BlackBerry has permitted PT BB Merah Putih to do this obligation. Two BlackBerry smartphones are required to be released sooner rather than later. One of which is the BlackBerry Mercury by TCL that is expected to launch this month and the other one is the recently named BBC100-1 that is anticipated to come from Indonesia.
