Apple Starts Probe On Exploding iPhone After It Goes Viral

THis is a surprising situation wherein an Apple fan's iPhone 7 Plus caught fire and after that exploded. Apple is now investigating a report by an Arizona high schooler that her iPhone 7 Plus "exploded" as it was charging and started heaving smoke.

"We are in contact with the client and investigating it," an Apple agent told Mashable, which initially announced the news. The client, Brianna Olivas, posted a video on Twitter on Wednesday - showing her rose-gold iPhone 7 Plus with a melted case burning on a washroom counter. "So my iPhone 7 plus exploded this morning... was not even using it, actually no explanation for this," she composed.

She had just brought her iPhone to an Apple Store since it wasn't working perfectly. But, after it began working again, the smartphone abruptly burst into flames for no exact reason.

The video, which has now been viewed more than 1.26 million times, accumulated a quick response, with more than 18,000 retweets and several answers. Amateur Twitter agents are even as of now trying to analyze what went wrong

For now, there's no proof that the scorch remains of this specific iPhone 7 are definitely not a confined occurrence, despite the fact that in spring an Australian man announced a similar incident with the smartphone. Apple did not respond to a request for further explanation on Friday.

A year ago, Samsung took a major financial hit after its high-end Galaxy Note 7 mobile phone ended up being at risk for catching fire or even exploding because of a battery manufactured defect. The company issued a recall however its substitution or replacement units had a similar issue. Samsung was forced to decimate or kill off the gadget, which the company said would bring about deficit or losses of more than $5 billion.
