Samsung Galaxy S8 And S8 Plus Released In The U.S., Canada and Korea

Samsung's long-awaited smartphones finally coming live on stocks. Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus has now been officially opened for sales in four major countries: the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Korea The Pre-order and new orders for both the handsets will begin shipping from today, that is April 21, 2017. Samsung has further declared that both the smartphones will make their way to other countries in next few weeks.

According to TechCrunch, Samsung Galaxy S8 is now selling at $725 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus has now been price tagged at $825 only. Both the handsets pack some of the spectacular features. Firstly and most importantly, Samsung has attempted to crunch down Google's helping agent: Google Assistant with its new innovative Samsung Bixby smart assistant. The much anticipated Bixby agent will be encoded as an update to Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus's key settings.

As per a report by TNW, Samsung has already clinched remarkable record in Korea with its Pre-order channel for both the smartphones. The company claimed that over one million pre-order records in the country. Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus hold some superlative specs like big screens ( 6.2-inch for Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and 5.8-inch for Samsung Galaxy S8), better camera and high-end resolution. Samsung originally unveiled both the smartphones at its Unpacked event held in New York City on March 30, 2017.

Samsung authorities have already set a sales goal of 45 million units throughout these four countries. Earlier, Samsung stroke a genuine worldwide sale record of 48 million with its Galaxy S7, when the handset was released for the first time. As for the safety measures, Samsung has engineered 8-point battery safety for both Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, after the terrible which the company witnessed with Galaxy Note 7. All and all, both the smartphones are good enough worthy of buying.
