Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro Surfaces With Leaked Images And Reports That Unveil The Tablet’s Low-Cost Specifications

A recent leak has unveiled some important aspects about Acer's new 2-in-1 tablet, Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro. Probable low-cost specifications of this device are also confirmed simultaneously.

Famous tech company Acer has previously released Acer Switch Alpha 12 in 2016. This time the company is looking for a new Windows 10 featured tablet, Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro, TabletMonkeys reported. According to one previous leak, the said tablet will have Intel Pentium N4200 "Apollo Lake" processor.

Sources say that the Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro will be cheaper than its predecessor, Switch Alpha 12. So far no official words are surfaced, but the leaked information and images give a meaningful idea. The above mentioned Pentium N4200 processor is weak compared to the common Core i5, i3, and popular i7 CPUs. That means the processor of the upcoming tablet will not be strong enough like the previous one.

The important fact is the feature will help to keep the cost price of the Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro down, according to Digital Trends. Reports say the tablet may bear a price tag of 600 euros or $650. Though there is no official confirmation about this amount, so it can be possible that the device may surface with a lower cost.

Leaked images of the tablet Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro explore an idea of a convertible laptop. It is because the device supports the detachable keyboard. Apart from this, the tablet will probably include an internal storage of 64 GB and the slim black bezel like the Switch Alpha 12.

The leaked images have also pointed out the existence of the kickstand for availing better viewing quality. The space for MicroSD card will surely expand the storage capacity of the Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro. The presence of the Type-A and the Type-C ports must boost the device's efficiency.

Meanwhile, a launch event on April 27, 2017, in New York may for the first time unveil the Acer Aspire Switch 3 Pro tablet. It is not possible to trace all the key specifications of a tech device before its release. Similarly, no information is available about the battery life and the key essential hardware features.
