Microsoft Surface Pro 5 vs. Apple iPad Pro 2

The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 and Apple iPad Pro 2 are the most popular and much-awaited tablets today. However, both have different specs and features making them unique.

The Apple iPad Pro 2 is reportedly coming either next month or in June, while the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 has still no definite time when it will be released. According to Blorge, both devices are anticipated by people all over the globe on each of its differences and uniqueness when it comes to specs and features.

Starting with the Microsoft Surface Pro 5, CNET reported that the Surface Pro 5 will feature an updated Surface Pro 4 running in Intel Kaby Lake processor which might be Core i5 or Core i7. More so, there are certain rumors that the Surface Pro 5 would feature the universal USB-Type C connector as its main charger and data connector. Additionally, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is said to come with a keyboard cover and a Surface Pen.

On the other hand, the Apple iPad Pro 2 is said to come in three varieties of modes such as the 12.9-inches, 10.5-inches and the 9.7-inches models. Among its expected specs includes an A10X processor, four speakers, 12-Megapixel camera with true tone flash and with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Meanwhile, the Apple iPad Pro 2 will be coming with an even updated specs and features. It will be even lighter and thinner compared to previous and the rest Apple iPad devices. While the Microsoft Surface Pro 5, on the other hand, is said to have a bigger battery and an extra LTE signal.

When it comes to prices, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to come at the price of $999. While the Apple iPad Pro 2 which will soon to be released at the Worldwide Developers Conference event in May or June will come at three different prices range starting from $799 up to the maximum expected price of $1229 for those with Wi-Fi and Cellular data support. As of now, no one can really presume which among the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 and Apple iPad Pro 2 is better until both have been released already.
