The company just unveiled its latest GPU equipped with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti chipset. The card has been stacked with some of the extraordinary specs and features. The tremendous graphics unit has been named as SC2 and it has been packed with EVGA's very own ICX technology for ensuring best in class cooling support
According to Digital Trends, EVGA SC2 Hybrid gaming GPU considerably stands as a beast. While speaking about the card's capacity at the official launch of EVGA SC2 GPU, the chip giant stated "iCX is the very definition of Interactive Cooling," The card sports a total of nine thermal sensor with incredible memory plate which ensures quick cooling. Among all the thermal sensors, three memory focused ones boast at the face of the card and four other power focused sensors are stocked at the bottom corner with one dedicated solely to the graphics chip. In terms of cooling, the card equips a closed-loop-liquid cooling solution packed with a built-in combination of 120 mm radiator & fan. Moreover, EVGA SC2 GPU setup allows the customization of this spectacular combo with swapping fans.
EVGA SC2 graphics unit is indicated to hold up high-level performance for multitasking with temperature controlling carried forward by EVGA's very own Precision XOC software. Tom's Hardware noted that the card has been overclocked with more measures than Nvidia's own definition for GTX 1080 Ti chipset. The base speed has been tweaked to 1,556MHz from what is known to be 1,480MHz on papers. Secondly, the boost speed has been increased to 1,670MHz from its original range 1,582MHz.
Apart from all these, EVGA SC2 GPU comes with a stretched warranty of three years. EVGA's latest magnetic creation is now retailing at Newegg with a price tag of $810 only.
