Huawei once again is unveiling another set of new products in the market this month. Four days from now, the Chinese technology company will be launching the Honor Band 3 activity tracker right after the release of Honor Band A2. Aside from that, the company will also introduce the highly-anticipated Honor 9 smartphone on the same day.
Huawei is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment manufacturing company that's making a name in the telecommunication and semiconductor industry the past years. From providing telecommunication networks and consulting services, it has expanded its business to producing high-end gadgets like smartphones, tablets and other consumer-related devices.
Some of its famous smartphone models are the Huawei P series and Huawei Mate series while its well-known tablet lines include the Huawei MediaPads and Huawei MateBooks. Now, Huawei will add two more new devices on their product line in the coming days and rumors are saying that it carries exciting features.
According to Android Headlines, Huawei will unveil the new Honor Band 3 tracker on June 12 three days after they launch the Honor Band A2. Many are surprised with the move of the Chinese tech company which is quite unusual for them, releasing two devices in nearby dates. Some say that it could be that the Honor Band 3 is the best alternative to the Honor Band A2.
Honor Band A2 features a 0.96-inch OLED touchscreen including a heart rate sensor and 95mAh battery that could last for 9 days. It is dustproof and waterproof that has an IP67 rating and has a Bluetooth connectivity feature. Many believed that Huawei will pack the Honor Band 3 with the better dust and water resistance and will offer compatibility to Android smartphone.
On the other hand, Huawei will also introduce the Honor 9 smartphone on June 12 at an event in Shanghai, China according to Android Authority. The information was revealed after a promotional poster came out with a tagline "Beautiful and Colorful" with a number sign 9 on it. The tagline also seems to be pertaining to different colors option that the device.
Based on the leaked specs, Honor 9 will feature a 5.15-inch display with a 1080 x 1920 pixels Full HD resolution. It will run under the HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. It will also have a rear dual camera setup with 20-megapixel and 12-megapixel sensor and an 8-megapixel front shooter. However, Huawei didn't give any information on its release date yet.
