HTC One M9 Release Date News and Review

The HTC One line of phones is perhaps one of the mobile phone series that people are most highly looking forward to. Everyone is keen to know about when this is going to be released and what are the different features offered to its users. No doubt that, even before it has been released, it is regarded as one of the best phones. Quite a bit of hype has already been generated, and that buzz only looks to grow, as Techradar stated that the phone was presented at the Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona.

Design

The design is complete metal uni-body and is pretty similar to the M8. Perhaps, it is a bit thicker, but otherwise the dimensions seem to be the same. A more powerful battery was added into the mix, which is always an important detail to note. The M9 has a 5 inch, full HD display, and the length looks to be just a little shorter as compared to the previous model.

Battery

It is another improved feature in M9 that the battery is 2800mAh and will last for longer time. Another thing which aids its battery timing is its low power display screen. This means the screen will consume less power, which in turn will let you talk and browse the internet longer.

OS and Power

The makers have installed 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810. HTC was reluctant to inform the public about this but now it is pretty much confirmed that M9 will be equipped with these features in order to boost the power and give 4K support. This chip will not only improve the overall performance and speed but will also aid battery life.

Release Date

It is all-but confirmed that the HTC One M9 is about to get launched this month. It will first be released in the European and Taiwanese markets, and by the end of this month, it will reach to America and other parts of the world as well.

Regardless of the exact details, the M9 is coming soon the market soon, but it will not be easy for it to find its place. The phone will have to face huge competition from the already released iPhone 6, and the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be hitting shelves any day now as well.
