One of My Device Health's standout features is its capability to execute 8–10 remote actions with a 35% engagement rate, allowing real-time response to device issues. Additionally, integrating tools like SailPoint and the myLens suite further enhances access management and data collection, enabling continuous, streamlined workflows across corporate IT.
AI agent bots also play a significant role in reducing routine tasks for employees, managers, and HR professionals. For instance, these digital assistants centralize compliance reminders, prompts, lookups, and alerts on mobile, streamlining workflows and boosting IT efficiency for a more productive workplace.

As a result, they contribute to operational efficiency by providing a streamlined, responsive support system.
In addition to supporting IT and HR, these AI chatbots reduce the everyday burdens on employees, managers, and HR professionals. For instance, they automate reminders, provide compliance updates, offer knowledge resources, and alert users to missed tasks—all accessible anytime on mobile.

Data analytics is ushering in a new era of informed decision-making in digital workplaces. At Cox Communications, we developed the Employee 360 framework, a comprehensive data insights platform that aggregates employee data, device metrics, and IT issues, offering a 360-degree view of productivity.
This system pulls data from multiple sources, including Active Directory (AD), ServiceNow, Nexthink, and myID, and leverages technologies like Hive, Hadoop, and Spring Boot to build a scalable, real-time analytics engine.
Employee 360 gives IT and business leaders insights into device health, behavior, and productivity blockers, tracking metrics like CPU usage and connectivity. Real-time data enables agile, goal-focused decisions and improves the employee experience.
Remote Actions and Engagement Metrics
One of My Device Health's most impactful features is the ability to take remote actions on devices. These actions, deployed on physical and virtual devices, include memory optimization, disk space management, and system health monitoring. With an engagement rate of 35%, these remote actions have drastically reduced the need for manual interventions and improved overall device performance.
For instance, devices that leverage these self-healing actions show an improvement in their Digital Employee Experience (DEX) ratings, leading to higher productivity and fewer disruptions.
Furthermore, the Employee 360 platform allows for greater visibility into how these remote actions impact overall performance. IT teams can proactively address issues before they become major disruptions by monitoring metrics such as application experience ratings, connectivity status, and open ticket volumes. This data-driven approach has proven effective in maintaining a healthy digital ecosystem within the organization.
Operational Metrics: Insights Through Team Device Health
In addition to individual device monitoring, My Device Health includes a feature called Team Device Health, which provides managers and team leaders with a dashboard highlighting key operational metrics for their teams. These metrics include computer and network health, password expiration status, and IT ticket history for the last 30 days. Leaders can quickly assess the overall health of their team's devices and take corrective actions as necessary.
For example, Team Device Health assesses device health using dynamic thresholds for metrics like CPU, memory, and app performance. If performance drops, the system suggests one-click corrective actions, ensuring teams stay productive despite technical issues.
Advanced-Data Frameworks and Technologies
The technological backbone of My Device Health and Employee 360 relies on cutting-edge tools and frameworks. We've employed Hadoop for large-scale data processing, Hive for data warehousing, and Spring Boot for creating microservices that integrate seamlessly with various platforms. Rancher manages containerized applications, ensuring that all services are scalable and resilient.
These platforms' data sources vary, including customer connectivity data, wireless asset performance, and financial metrics. By integrating these data points into a cohesive framework, we provide a comprehensive view of employee and device performance, enabling more strategic decision-making across the organization.

Integrating multiple platforms with different data formats and API requirements demands a robust and flexible architecture.
