Huawei Watch 2: Classic Vs. Sport, Smartwatch Flagship Sibling Rivalry

Huawei has released its newest smart watch, the Huawei Watch 2. It comes with two types, the Huawei Watch 2 Classic and the Huawei Watch 2 Sport.

These two newly released smart watches are definitely a dream come true for smart watch users. One is definitely for sporty people and the other one is for business stuff. Thought they have different aesthetics, they are more or less the same when it comes to its features. The only difference of the two is the weight, the Huawei Watch 2 Classic is heavier, and its LTE support and connectivity. While the Huawei Watch 2 Sport has an optional LTE support, the classic does not have it, reported Digital Trends.

Moreover, the Huawei Watch 2 Sport has GSM/HSPA/LTE/Wi-Fi b/g/n while the Huawei Watch 2 Classic only has the last two features. Both smart watches have Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor, which is built specifically for wearables. Additionally, they both have 4GB storage and a 768MB of RAM. These smart watches can definitely take in all the stuff you'll put into them.

Furthermore, the two smart watch features a 1.2-inch 390x390-pixel resolution circular display. The glass, Gorilla Glass 3, that's protecting it is thicker than Huawei watch one but it is lighter. The battery life is also amazing as it can go up to more than two to three days, said CNET. Also, if the battery life of the Huawei Watch 2 is only 10 percent, you can change the mode into a basic watch mode and it will still last up to 40 hours.

In addition to that, the GPS in the Huawei Watch 2 sport and Huawei Watch 2 classic allow it to measure the pace, distance and speed when the user is running or biking. Not like the first Huawei watch that only has the on-demand heart-rate, the new ones will track it every time. Meanwhile, Huawei has also announced a Huawei Watch 2 Porsche edition. Not much was said about it so fans of the smart watch should anticipate.
