After a prolonged wait, Samsung has finally unveiled its much-anticipated flagships: Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at its unpacked event which took place in New York on March 29. Now, while most of the tech fans are waiting for both the handsets' launch in the market, the South Korean tech giant has activated the pre-registration window for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus in India. The page has been activated on Samsung's official Indian website.
According to Gizbot, the pre-registration window for both the new handsets gone live on April 4. The report further suggested that though it is still unknown on the international prospect, but Samsung has now been expected to launch Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus very soon. The pre-registration page has not revealed anything about both flagships' availability and pricing index. However, sources have pointed out that Samsung would clinch the price tag of Galaxy S8 at about $750 (approx INR 48,700).
According to BGR, the pre-registration page can be easily found out while navigating through Samsung India's website. On the page, what seems to be an online questionnaire about both Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus has hinted much about both flagships' extraordinary range of specs. The quiz begins with the question: "What feature are you most excited in the Galaxy S8?" alongside answer options like Infinity Display, iris scanner, and Samsung Bixby.
Samsung has also been hinted to price tag Galaxy S8 Plus with $850 which accounts as approximately Rs.55,000 in Indian currency. It is still not clear whether the device giant is planning to release both the handsets in Indian market first. But certain sources stressed on both the flagships' international revealing as Samsung's primary approach in this case. The authority's take in this account is still awaited.
