Microsoft Surface Pro 5 October Release Date Following Windows 10 Creators Update, Features Intel Kaby Lake & Rechargeable Surface Pen

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 rumors continue to surpass. The tablet is said to be coming in October after the Creators Update's release.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 tablet rumors since last year have been rounding up the news and most are proved to be false updates. This year, according to Droid Report, fans and tech enthusiasts brings back the October hope for the release date of the 2-in-2 hybrid tablet.

Initial reports claimed that the Microsoft Surface pro 5 will be unveiled this April 2017, but unfortunately, this does not become possible. As of now, the closest to reality release date might be in October as it is expected to follow the Windows 10 Creators Update. The Creators Update is the speculated Operating System that will complete the 2-in-1 hybrid tablet.

The October rebut release date speculation for the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 at least provides peace of mind to its fans for the meantime. Meanwhile, BGR confidently reported that the Windows 10 Creators Update is on the way due to the coming of Microsoft's October media event.

Terry Myerson from Microsoft explained that the Windows 10 Creators Update features 3D Windows experience and 4K gaming support. This will make the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 subject for a high-powered processor which is said to be the Kaby Lake.

Additionally, other reports even claim that it's the high specs and processing power of the hardware associated with the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is what causing the delay of its release date. More so, aside from the Kaby lake processor, the 2-in-1 hybrid tablet will feature a rechargeable Surface Pen and is coming with a 2K, and 4K resolutions.

Hopefully, the recently speculated release date of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 this October 2017 will be confirmed by the company itself. For now, fans and tech enthusiast can also rely on updates for them to grab the tablet on the first release.
