The Exynos 8895 SoC variant of the Samsung Galaxy S8 model has recently crossed the 7,000-point mark on the Geekbench. This indicates a great achievement by the popular tech giant.
Currently, two flagship smartphones from Samsung, the Galaxy S8, and the Galaxy S8 Plus, have flooded the market with a series of remarkable features. The handsets are equipped with two CPU variants. One Galaxy S8 variant is loaded with the popular snapdragon 835. On the other hand, another one comes with Exynos 8895.
Interestingly, both the SoC variants are packed with 64-bit octa-core processors that are created using the 10nm manufacturing process, Android Headlines reported. Now the snapdragon 835 variant is available in the U.S. and the Exynos 8895 is available in Europe. But, instead of the SoC difference, both the variants are basically the same. So the latest powerful smartphones of Samsung have uncovered their existence in the market with significant CPU variants.
Now the important fact is, the Galaxy S8 model that is powered by the Exynos 8895 has been recently spotted with impressive benchmarks. The model successfully hit the 7,101 points in the multi-core test on the Geekbench. So far this is the highest multi-core score available on the Geekbench and the only device that finally crossed the major 7,000-point mark.
This is not the end as this handset also scored 2,121 in the important single-core test. That means the Exynos 8895 variant of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has truly acquired a significant place in the tech arena. A list from the Geekbench indicates this fact clearly.
It is now an open truth that the new flagship model of Samsung increases the enthusiasm among the tech users. According to The Science Times, recently a UK based company has announced to build the Galaxy S8 model in gold and platinum. The key aim behind this decision is to make the model more attractive and cherishing. That means the South Korean tech giant is now aiming to gain more popularity with its Exynos 8895 variant and new gold and platinum models.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 model is made of metal and the glass. With a curved display, the smartphone has extremely thin bezels and packed with 4 GB of RAM. A huge 3,000mAh battery and latest Android 7.0 Nougat makes the flagship device a unique piece of excellence. Now the achievement of the new Exynos 8895 variant is exploring the model's efficiency.
