Using an app, LG G6 gets capable of a Frontback app. It will allow seeing the two cameras at the same time.
The Tech Portal has reported a totally premium LG G6 flagship at the Mobile World Congress 2017 event. The LG G6 surprised everybody with its huge screen and a conventional 2;1 display.
The two perfect squares display have special uses and that is for the Frontback app for the LG G6. According to Tech Crunch, the Frontback app is a known mobile app which became popular on its unique photo format. The Frontback app had been stagnant for years due to the increase of different photo apps.
Now, a few years later, it is now renewed and implemented for LG G6 called "Match-Shot." LG has replaced the phone's taller display by a 2:1 display, which means exactly two squares on top of each other.
Moreover, the Frontback app will allow users to take pictures of using the device's front and back camera and share it simultaneously. One of the pictures will be featured on the top half, while the other one is on the bottom screen of the LG G6.
The brand new screen ratio gives exactly what the Frontback app requires for the camera. Aside from the Frontback app, LG has showcased different apps which users can experiment to try using different screen format.
For instance, the Square Camera App will let users take a square photo and preview it instantly right below the viewfinder. While the Match Shot feature will allow users to take a selfie shot and at the same time take a photo of what he's looking at. These features of the LG G6 would mean a perfect Instagram shots.
With these new features of the LG G6, users can be totally surprised to the LG's new flagship. After a few years of sleeping, now the company is back on their smartphone and worked hard to incorporate new stuff for a full-time user experience. The Frontback app feature is a proof that LG also wants to make its name again in the market and compete with the top competitors.
