LG Stylo 3 Plus: New Smartphone Will Run On Latest Android Nougat OS 7.0; Bigger External Storage Capacity At 2 TB

LG has announced a new smartphone LG Stylo 3 Plus, with a Snapdragon chipset onboard. The smartphone runs the latest operating system from Android, Nougat OS v7.0.

According to details from GSMArena, the LG Stylo 3 Plus device is currently sold only in the United States with a 5.7-inch Full HD display and 2GB of RAM onboard. Along with a 2GB of RAM, an octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor clocked at 1.4GHz pretty much takes care of all the operations.

The LG Stylo 3 Plus also features a 13MP camera on the back side while the 5MP front-facing camera is adequate for internet applications like Skype. Detailed specifications from the PhoneArena include a 3080mAh battery alongside a fingerprint scanner in the front. The device is also compatible with a stylus pen.

Other details about the Stylo 3 Plus device also indicated that it should be available for purchase sometime next month at MetroPCS. The device is currently exclusive to American cell services provider T-Mobile. Buyers will be able to purchase the device either online or in-store. The color scheme for the smartphone seems to be limited to a single color choice of black only.

The LG Stylo 3 Plus smartphone supports external storage capacities up to a maximum size of 2TB. That said, T-Mobile users will also be able to make use of the VoLTE features on the smartphone. Connectivity options for the device include a MicroUSB 2.0 port. Details from the website also confirm that users are left with only a single-SIM option.

Looking at the images of the LG Stylo 3 Plus, there are smart sensors just next to the audio earpiece in the front. The branding fills the bottom portion of the smartphone with a totally button-free display in the front. The position of the fingerprint display is now moved to the back just below the flash.
