The latest new gadget that was revealed recently is the Huawei Watch 2. There are actually two Huawei Watches, the Huawei Watch 2 and the Huawei Watch 2 Classic.
Huawei's flagship smartwatch is getting an upgrade. This version has GPS, NFC, optional LTE, and is launching with Android Wear 2.0. The Huawei Watch 2 Classic is made of metal. It also has a 22mm watch band and looks just like the original Huawei Watch. The Huawei Watch 2 comes with a sportier image. It is made up of rubbery plastic. The smartwatch t has a 20mm watch band also has an optional LTE.
According to Cnet, the materials, the band size, the weight, and the LTE availability are the differences between the Huawei Watch 2 Sport and Huawei Watch 2 Classic. Huawei has totally surpassed the LG Watch Sports construction. The smartwatch has an LTE, GPS, and NFC (for Android Play). The Huawei Watch 2 also has a Snapdragon Wear 2100 and a 420mAh battery in a smartwatch that is much thinner.
All the versions of the Huawei Watch 2 have the exact same measurements. Huawei Watch 2 Classic and Huawei Watch 2 Sport have 768 MB of RAM and 4GB of storage. Both of the smartwatch also have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, and an IP68 water resistance as reported on Android Central.
The company promised a heart rate monitoring for 24/7 for both Huawei Watch 2 Classic and Huawei Watch 2 Sport if the battery can stand up to it. The Huawei Watch 2 won't be having a digital crown.
There were claims that the Huawei Watch 2 has been finished some time ago. Despite the compact design, the tiny, ugly screen and lack of a digital crown really makes this feel like a last-gen smartwatch.
The LTE version of the Huawei Watch 2 is not available in the US, yet it will be released in 20 countries and regions. Huawei said that the smartwatches will be priced from $347depending on the design and features being chosen.
