Sony's PlayStation Music platform backed by Spotify has launched for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. With the help of Spotify, Sony has been enable to bring more than 30 million songs and 1.5 billion different playlists, making it easier than ever for gamers to put a soundtrack to their gaming sessions.
Brazil has traditionally been a hotspot for pirated music, with some saying the musicians themselves encourage the industry. But Spotify is entering the country- where three similar services already exist- and faces the challenge of spotty internet in order to help grow its reputation as a piracy music quasher.
